Guangxi Popar Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. is an enterprise with a history of nearly 30 years. It is a company specializing in the production and sales of architectural coatings, wood coatings, adhesives, and waterproof materials.

In 1992, started to build a factory to produce white latex for construction.

2003 Officially registered as Nanning Lishide Chemical Co., Ltd.

In 2009, invested and built a new factory in Long'an County, Nanning City, and changed its name to Guangxi Biaopai Chemical Technology Co., Ltd.

Established in 2015, Guangxi New Coordinate Coating Engineering Co., Ltd. has a national second-level architectural coating construction qualification enterprise.

Popar Chemical has 4 modern production workshops, namely: white latex workshop with an annual output of 90,000 tons, a wood coating workshop with an annual output of 25,000 tons, a latex paint workshop with an annual output of 60,000 tons, and a powder workshop with an annual output of 80,000 tons.

The cycle of foreign trade orders involving packaging customization is about 30 days:

It takes 25 days for material preparation, mainly due to the long design and production cycle of custom packaging barrels. Generally, it takes 3-5 days for packaging design and repeated confirmation by customers. Custom production of barrels takes 20 days, and product production takes 5 days.

If there is no need for customized packaging, or the progress of packaging with stickers will be shortened to about 15 days.

If the packaging design and the customer repeatedly confirm that the time exceeds the time limit, the time will be postponed.

The inspection items are environmental protection standards and physical properties, in accordance with national standards.

During the construction of waterproof products, the base material is too dry to cause foaming.

Product output is compared with samples and color cards for verification. Batch orders can reduce color differences. It is best to place enough quantities for one project at a time, and use the same batch of products on one wall.

 There will be color difference in batches of toning, and it will generally be controlled within 90%.

The product does not need to open the mold. The stone-like paint on the exterior wall can be customized by pattern making, starting from 3 tons. The interior wall paint can be adjusted from 1 ton. New product development takes 3 to 6 months. The appearance packaging design is designed by the company and confirmed by the customer.

Coating product certification: Generally, there are transportation inspection reports and MSDS, both of which prove the safety of the goods. If the customer has special requirements, it can be arranged according to the customer's requirements after confirming the order. If the customer has a request, a third party can be found for a few hundred yuan to issue a report. There is no need to send samples and testing, and the report can be issued directly by providing ingredient information.
